What I do
I run regional infrastructure projects in environments where downtime is not a budgeted risk — national railway control systems, telecom monitoring platforms, audit-bound mission-critical assets. Every delivery to date has reached go-live with zero SLA impact and zero service disruption.
The work is end-to-end: authoring the Migration Method of Procedure, leading the preparation phase, coordinating cross-functional teams of 4–6 engineers per deployment, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for Tier-1 client stakeholders through to handover.
VM-to-OpenShift migrations across 4 European railway operators — ÖBB (Austria), SZDC (Czech Republic), SZ (Slovenia), ZSR (Slovakia). End-to-end lifecycle, customer-specific MOP, audit-ready handover.
Coordination of multi-site engineering teams with embedded application owners as domain specialists. Tier-1 client stakeholder management, executive reporting, multilingual delivery.
Currently migrating 2,300+ test cases and 2,100+ acceptance tests from in-step Blue into Jira — including the Confluence knowledge structure and the import automation script ensuring full data integrity.
